200 Dac Sil 200 Poly Siloxane Gloss Finish

Single pack, high solids compliant, economical in use, fewer coats, lower applied cost. Excellent gloss and colour retention (1000 hrs QUV artificial exposure - no change. VOC compliant, isocyanate free, high abrasion resistance, excellent graffiti removal characteristics and good flexibility.

41 Vinadac High Build MIO

Single pack vinyl/micaceous iron oxide with rust inhibitive pigment.  High build barrier coating for long term protection of steel and galvanised steel in aggressive and/or wet environments. Outstanding adhesion to galvanised steel.  Damp tolerant during application.  'Class O' fire rating when applied to a non combustible substrate.  Matt specular finish.

547 SB Acrylic Vinyl Sheen Finish

586 Anti Fly Poster Textured Finish

Two pack modified polyurethane with selected non-stick additives to provide a non-stick surface to deter fly-posting. The textured additive gives outstanding 'release' properties. Graffiti can also be easily removed. Application conditions - refer to technical data sheet.

CCI 450

 Corroless CCI 450 is an anticorrosion coating developed for use where the substrate needs to be clearly visible. Formulated using clear resins and vapour phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI), it works both by contact and vapour phase inhibition. It has a touch-dry glossy finish which can be safely handled. It can be applied to damp surfaces and can give up to 4 years protection. It is easy to remove or recoat. It can be used for switch gear, electrical boxes, navigation equipment and the storage of metal parts, pipes and other steel plant. It is also used for the extra protection of painted steel plant, while in storage or transit. It is available in a handy aerosol can for smaller, ongoing maintenance projects.

CCi Devices

 Corroless CCI Devices are delivery mechanisms for Corroless CCI Powder, a vapour phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI) for steel and other metals, providing up to 2 years protection. They have adhesive backing for fixing inside metal enclosures. The devices form a convenient way to provide VCI protection for enclosed items such as electrical junction boxes, navigation equipment, switchgear, fire and safety warning systems and computer equipment. The VCI vapour does not affect the electrical resistance or conductivity of metal components. It also does not affect rubbers, polymers, paints or plastics. The devices also assist in preventing dissimilar metal corrosion.
