10-3 QD3 Quick Drying Black Eggshell Finish

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : Should a second coat of QD3 be required, this must be applied within 2 hours of the first coat to avoid lifting or wrinkling of the QD3. After this 2 hour period, the QD3 will require at least 10 days curing before becoming resistant to solvents in the second coat.
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 15 minutes

13-3 Rapidac Matt Black

Single pack modified alkyd coating that is fast drying with a matt black industrial finish for use on mild steel components, wrought iron and similar applications.

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : May be overcoated when firm dry but within 1 hour or allow to dry overnight. Overcoating and drying times will depend on ambient temperatures and especially ventilation, air movement, etc.
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 20 minutes

200 Dac Sil 200 Poly Siloxane Gloss Finish

Single pack, high solids compliant, economical in use, fewer coats, lower applied cost. Excellent gloss and colour retention (1000 hrs QUV artificial exposure - no change. VOC compliant, isocyanate free, high abrasion resistance, excellent graffiti removal characteristics and good flexibility.

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : Not normally required
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 2-3 hours
• Colour: Any BS4800/Ral/BS381C or bespoke colour

510 QD3 Quick Drying Gloss Enamel

Single pack modified alkyd fast drying gloss finish for general metal work. Rapid hardening with good adhesion

579 Two Pack Epoxy Gloss Finish

Two pack, hard, abrasion and chemical resistant coating for harsh environments, outstanding resistance to alkalis and mild acids, oils, and hydrocarbon oil/solvents.

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : Overnight but within 5 days. (After 5 days, lightly abrade and solvent wipe.)
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 2 hours
• Colour: Tinted to any BS4800/Ral/BS381C or bespoke colour

581 Two Pack Acrylic Gloss or Semi Gloss Finish

Two pack acrylic finish , excellent durability, colour and gloss retention, chemical resistance.  Isocyanate free.

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : Where a further coat of Acrylic Finish is required, this should be applied as soon as the first coat is touch-dry or, allow the first coat to dry for not less than 48 hours before overcoating.
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 1 hour
• Colour: Tinted to any BS4800/Ral/BS381C or bespoke colour

585 Two Pack HS Polyurethane Gloss Finish

Two pack high solids polyurethane gloss finish, chemical resistant, excellent colour and gloss retention, compliant to Environmental Protection Act (1990) as required by Guidance Note PG6/23 (97), (Clause 20 (d).  Conforms to Highways Agency Specification Item 168.

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : N/A
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 2 hours
• Colour: Tinted to any BS4800/Ral/BS381C or bespoke colour

597 Vehicle & Machinery Gloss Enamel

Single pack modified alkyd finishing coat for vehicles, plant and machinery. Excellent durability with good resistance to oils, grease and similar. Dries to hard film with hard abrasion and impact resistance.

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : Should a second coat of Vehicle and Machinery Enamel be required, this can be applied as soon as the first coat is touch dry, ie. up to 1 hour - or allow coating to dry overnight.
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 1 hour
• Colour: Tinted to any BS4800/Ral/BS381C or bespoke colour

599 Dacthane Gloss Enamel

Single pack  urethane alkyd finishing coat for vehicles, plant and machinery. Excellent durability with good resistance to oils, grease, etc. Dries to tough film with high abrasion and impact resistance.

Dacthane finishes from the Dacmix scheme are 'Compliant' to Environmental Protection Act (1990) Clause 20(d) of Guidance Note PG6/23 (97).

• Overcoating Time @ 20°C : Should a second coat of Dacthane Enamel be required, this can be applied as soon as the first coat is touch dry, ie. up to 2 hours - or allow coating to dry completely for at least 16 hours.
• Touch Dry @ 20°C: 2 hours
• Colour: Tinted to any BS4800/Ral/BS381C or bespoke colour
